From the identical duo Lisa and Lena – content creators since Musical.ly – Lena is now paving her own path towards an individual career. The twins started out with their first original clothing line called J1MO71 – the inspiration for the line’s name being the Haitian origin of the word “jimo,” which translates to “twins” in English. Their company sells a wide variety of clothing, accessories, sports bags and phone cases. Later, the twins launched a collaboration with the brand Nakdfashion. Nowadays, Lena and Lisa are going separate ways as content creators due to them striving towards different goals and paths. Lena took full control over their shared Instagram, maintaining their original 20.5 million followers. Lena now mostly posts about fashion and photography, and recently curated the Marc O´Polo Denim collection all by herself.
Lena Mantler is known for her unique style all around the world. Her flair is often described as androgynous and her casual look is eye-catching. Lena is famous for her empowering skater style, including baggy clothing, beanies, baseball caps, and short hair – all of which step outside of the gender norms surrounding fashion. Opposite to her sister Lisa, who was often seen in dresses, Lena incorporated a variety of colored suits with her baggy aesthetic.
At points she keeps her styling very minimalistic, with tones such as gray, black, brown and white. When she lets her creativity flow, she innovates silhouettes combining colors or creating monochromatic outfits with different shades, tints, and tones. For example, an all blue outfit featuring different tones, maybe paired with one other complement color. She would also add dimension with accessory pieces such as sunglasses or hats.
By adding accessories, she transforms a basic outfit into an authentic ensemble. For instance, she wears a ton of minimalistic yet stunning piercings on her ear. Many Instagram posts feature Lena displaying her fascinating nose piercing. Her infamous seashell necklace has been hyped up for a long time too; it is simple, yet it decorates any basic outfit!
Lena embodies the natural look. She rarely uses make-up, with the exception of mascara, which compliments her typical natural appearance. Her focus is on her outfits, not her make-up!

1. Wearing a basic white top works as a great base piece.
2. Layering with a denim vest or jacket helps with adding depth to the outfit.
3. Incorporate earthy colored pants, such as beige or brown.
4. Add a bucket hat or cap that matches the pants.
5. Elevate the outfit by adding sporty or skater sneakers, such as Adidas or Vans.
6. Lastly, include different assortments of accessories – own the creative freedom.
