When her grandmother passed away, MSU student Makayla Reynolds became more interested in spiritual healing and using natural remedies. Ascend Skin Co.'s mission is to “bring light to being comfortable with spirituality and spiritual healing” by selling holistic and spiritual skincare products. The brand, according to Reynolds, is more than a skincare line — it’s a way for people to become more in tune with the world around them.
