with halloween just around the corner, Check out our three diy halloween costumes

Don’t be a basic witch this Halloween season! Our beauty team found and put together three of the easiest and trendiest costumes this season. I guarantee when you show up to the party everyone will be complimenting you. Our three favorite looks are a scarecrow and a shining sun and moon duo. Here’s how we achieved these looks:

Scarecrow:  Trust us, with this look you won't be scaring anyone away. We used the Jaclyn Hill palette, using gold's and warm tones for the fall season.

Sun: For the crown you’ll need zip ties, a plastic headband, and gold spray paint. Wrap the zip ties around the headband in a ray formation. Next, spray paint the headpiece gold and let sit to dry. Viola! You are a radiant sun. We used Hard Candy Glamoflauge Foundation, Wet Seal Dulce de Leche for contour, and the Elf Starlight Glow Highlighter.

Moon: Your Illuminating moon won’t just be a phase this Halloween. For this one you’ll need cardboard, tin foil, glitter, glue/adhesive, and a silver headband. Cut the cardboard in the shape of a crescent moon. Next, wrap tin foil all around your shape. Finally, apply glue or adhesive and sprinkle as much or little of glitter you wish. Allow to dry. We used glitter and silver eyeliner from Nyx to finish this look.
